She holds Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from University Of Nairobi and Post-Graduate Diploma in Law from Kenya School of Law.
Miriam is an expert on corporate and commercial law, banking and finance, non-contentious probate and real estate practice. She is responsible for undertaking Legal Due Diligence, Regulatory Compliance advisory services, Legal and Compliance Audit, Corporate Restructuring, Security Perfection, Preparation and Review of Legal Documents arising from employment, contracts, real estate transactions and company secretarial practices.
