Nandasaba is an Associate in the firm’s Commercial and Real Estate Department where he deals with sales, transfers and charging of properties.
He has remarkable experience in drawing and reviewing various commercial agreements such as share transfer agreements, sale agreements, lease agreements, lending agreements as well as incorporation of companies.
He is a versatile Advocate as he is also knowledgeable in Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution matters.
