Kitonga Kiiva is the Managing Partner of TWK Advocates LLP and a practising advocate with over a decade of experience spanning real estate, banking and finance, employment law, and civil and criminal litigation. He leads the firm's Real Estate and Banking & Finance Department, advising institutional lenders, private developers, and borrowers on high-value transactions covering financing, due diligence, regulatory compliance, and project development.

His litigation practice runs the full breadth of civil and criminal advocacy — appearing before the High Court, subordinate courts, and specialist tribunals including the Employment and Labour Relations Court and the Environment and Land Court. He has handled complex disputes across commercial, property, employment, and constitutional matters.

Beyond courtroom work, Kitonga conducts HR and disciplinary consultancy engagements for corporates and institutions — advising on employment policy, chairing disciplinary proceedings, and providing strategic counsel on labour relations matters.

His practice is marked by an insistence on precision, commercial realism, and intellectual rigour. He does not deal in templates. Every matter is approached as its own legal problem — with fresh analysis and a direct commitment to outcome.

Peter is a Partner at the firm and heads the Dispute Resolution Department. He is skilled in arbitration, mediation, negotiation, intellectual property litigation, and commercial litigation.

Over his years of practice, Peter has engaged in significant dispute resolution for both municipal and international clients, including handling litigation cases before the High Court, the Employment and Labour Relations Court, the Environment and Land Court, and the Subordinate Courts.

Peter is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya. He holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from KIU and a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law. He is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (Kenya Chapter) and holds a Certificate in Trial Advocacy from the Trial Advocacy Training Institute.

Qasim is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya with extensive knowledge across diverse areas of law. He holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from University of Nairobi and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law.

He is an Associate in the firm's Commercial and Real Estate Department where he deals with sales, transfers, and charging of properties. He has remarkable experience in drawing and reviewing various commercial agreements, including share transfer agreements, sale agreements, lease agreements, lending agreements, and company incorporations.

Qasim is a versatile Advocate equally knowledgeable in Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution matters.

Ruth Shewera serves as both office administrator and paralegal, operating at the intersection of client experience and legal support. She is often the first point of contact for clients, ensuring that every interaction with the firm is handled with professionalism, warmth, and discretion.

In her administrative capacity, Ruth oversees office coordination, scheduling, and internal systems that keep the practice running smoothly. As a paralegal, she assists with document preparation, client communication, and file organisation — ensuring that both clients and advocates are fully supported at every stage of a matter.

Ruth's strength lies in her balance of structure and empathy. She maintains order within the firm while remaining attentive to the human side of legal work. Her presence ensures that the firm is not only efficient, but also approachable and responsive.

Sammy Musyoka is a dedicated legal clerk and paralegal whose work forms a critical backbone to the firm's daily operations. With a sharp eye for procedural accuracy and a disciplined approach to case management, he ensures that every file, filing, and timeline is handled with precision.
