Peter Khalumi is currently an Associate Advocate in the Firm.
Peter has extensive experience in representing and advising individuals, corporates, parastatals, County Governments and banking institutions. Particularly, Peter has been involved in defending and advising domestic and international corporates in the telecommunication, oil, energy, pharmaceutical, financial and fintech sectors. Additionally, He has vast experience in advising governmental bodies on policy, governance and legislative drafting.
In the Firm, Peter mainly enjoys serving our Clients in the Dispute Resolution Department where he handles a range of assignments including ardently representing our Clients in Court and negotiating out of Court settlements.
