Evans is a Partner in the firm and heads the Dispute Resolution Department.
He is skilled in arbitration, mediation, negotiation, intellectual property litigation, and commercial litigation.
Over his years of practice, Evans has engaged in significant dispute resolution for both municipal and international clients, including handling litigation cases representing clients before the High Court, the Employment and Labour Relations Court, the Environment and Land Court and, in particular instances, the Subordinate Courts.
Evans is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya.
He holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from KIU and a postgraduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law.
He is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (Kenya Chapter), holds a Certificate in Trial Advocacy from the Trial Advocacy Training Institute.
